To sustain the advancement of the measurement, observation and analysis technologies used in the hydrodynamic model testing environment, and hence to maintain the leadership of the Hydrodynamic Testing Facilities.

To maintain the formal and longer lasting structure of the HTF to coordinate the definition and introduction of novel measurements, observations and analysis technologies for hydrodynamic (scale) model testing environment
