Hydro Testing Forum (HTF) is an international network of excellence, with its representative members from industry and academia, to facilitate leadership of the Hydrodynamic Testing Facilities. 

The forum is to sustain the advancement of measurement, observation and analysis technologies for hydrodynamic model testing and full-scale testing, and to maintain a formal and lasting structure to coordinate the definition and introduction of these technologies amongst the members.
